Your “aha” moment.

Hope is here.

For more than 38 years, aha has championed mental health support services for people living with a mental illness.

We provide community-based support to adults in the Great Southern region through recovery-focused services in mental health.

Delivered by skilled and trained staff specialising in psychosocial support, everything we do is tailored to meet individual needs. Our services include rehabilitation accommodation, transitional housing, practical everyday support, outreach programs, NDIS services, and more.

Most of all, we offer hope.

Let’s talk about mental health.

Not only are conversations about mental health necessary — they’re perfectly normal.

While many people still treat discussions about mental health as taboo, we’re all about overcoming stigma, providing much-needed support in all areas of life, and helping our participants understand their relationship with mental health.

We start by assessing and addressing individual needs to uncover what a person is experiencing and how they think and feel about that experience. By exploring the relationship someone has with their own mental health, we open the door to a healthy new journey and resolution.

Let's talk.

Compassionate, practical mental health support is here. All we need to get started is a referral from a GP or similar medical professional (NDIS services don’t require a referral). But first, let's talk — we can’t wait to work with you!
